Our trainees don’t just learn how to serve a great drink — they gain confidence, skills, and a path toward co-owning or managing their very own café outlet.

Sippy Mug is the brand that represent Tea ideas's cafe arm of the business.
Tea ideas was founded in 2012.
At Tea Ideas, we are committed to creating meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with autism, Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), the elderly, and renal patients.
Our mission is to foster an inclusive and supportive work environment where everyone can thrive.
Beyond employment, we champion a healthier lifestyle by promoting the benefits of our Ultra Rich Antioxidant Tea, inspiring a culture of mindful tea consumption for holistic well-being.
